Burglar Alarm and CCTV specialist Master Alarms is a medium-sized, but expanding company that can still give customers a local friendly service, while at the same time offering a nationwide service. Master Alarms have been trading for over 30 years.

Master Alarms can install, service and monitor alarm systems to the latest European Standards. The company which primarily covers the London & Home Counties areas has been established some 30 years and has an Office close to Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre.
Much of Master Alarms current work is for builders, working on new homes and apartments, much also comes from referrals by Insurance companies. Because we are NACOSS approved we can also deal with larger commercial enterprises including Ministry of Defence, Hospitals, Schools, & Universities.
Remote Monitoring Systems: Redcare and Dual Path Signalling is often a requirement.
Customer Care
Because Master Alarms started out as a family run company, it can still offer that personal service. Operating locally means that a full support system is available for our customers.
Our Customers seem to like the fact that they see the same Engineers year in, year out.We do not believe in fast turnover of staff as this leads to lack of continuity. Most of our Engineers have been with us for 10 or more years. Others started as Trainees and were given training to ensure that they give the customers the care they require. One member of staff has just received an award for 20 years loyal service.
Master Alarms belongs to a National Network of Nacoss quality assured companies across the UK (Nasic). Because of Nasic membership, we are able to help companies across the country while keeping a local friendly service.
